DAY 00: ARRIVAL DAY
As you step foot onto Kilimanjaro or Arusha Airport, a warm Tanzanian welcome awaits you. Your safari adventure begins with our dedicated driver-guide and a safari vehicle ready for your arrival. After assisting you with your luggage, we'll present you with refreshing bottled mineral water. Prepare for a scenic 45–50-minute road transfer to your carefully selected lodge or hotel in Arusha, where you can unwind, savor a delightful dinner, and spend a peaceful night. Before leaving you to your relaxation, your knowledgeable driver-guide will provide you with an engaging briefing about the exciting safari experiences ahead. Rest assured, your stay includes dinner and breakfast.
DAY 01: TRIP KILIMANJARO TREKKING VIA MARANGU ROUTE
In the morning, after breakfast, your adventure begins with a ride to the Marangu Gate, which is the starting point for your Kilimanjaro trek. Your day's trek takes you from the main gate to the Mandara Hut, which is the first overnight stop camp for multi day trekkers. This hike covers about 8 kilometers (around 5 miles) and will take you from an elevation of 6,046 feet to 8,858 feet. It typically takes about 4-5 hours of walking. You will hike through a lush rainforest where you might spot playful blue monkeys and various bird species. When you reach the Mandara Hut, you have the option to continue to the Maundi Crater, which offers fantastic views of the other side of the mountain and even a glimpse of Kenya. After enjoying lunch and some rest, you'll head back down the mountain gate. From there, you will be transferred back to your hotel in Arusha for dinner, and overnight stay. DAY 02: EMBARK TO TARANGIRE NATIONAL PARK FOR GAME DRIVES AND GAME VIEWINGS
As the sun illuminates the African landscape, you'll relish a hearty breakfast at your lodge. Your expert guide will then swing into action, collecting your luggage and safari-packed lunches ready for your adventure. Embark on a 2.5-hour journey to Tarangire National Park, a sprawling 2,850-square-kilometer sanctuary adorned with Combretum woodland, Acacia woodland, and iconic baobab trees. Here, you'll encounter magnificent herds of African elephants, zebras, wildebeests, giraffes, gazelles, hartebeests, and playful warthogs that can be seen grazing beneath acacia trees or congregating along the serene riverbanks. Keep your camera ready, as regal lions, wily hyenas, formidable buffaloes, and a colorful array of avian species might cross your path during exhilarating game drives. Day 04: LAKE NATRON TO SERENGETI VIA KLEINS GATE
In the early morning, following a satisfying breakfast, you'll embark on a direct journey to Serengeti National Park via Klein's Gate. The Serengeti Park derives its name from the Maasai language, signifying "endless plains." This vast expanse, covering 14,763 square kilometers, serves as the dwelling place for a diverse array of wildlife, including Lions, Elephants, Giraffes, Wildebeests, Zebras, Leopards, Cheetahs, baboons, warthogs, Hyenas, and a myriad of bird species. Often, the awe-inspiring phenomenon of migration unfolds in the Serengeti, with millions of wildebeests and zebras commingling, shadowed by their relentless predators. DAY 05-06: FULL DAY GAME DRIVES IN SERENGETI

In the morning following a hearty breakfast, your journey continues as you descend into the crater's floor for a day filled with wonderful game drives. Ngorongoro crater is a vast, pristine volcanic caldera, spanning over 102 square miles, encircled by towering 2,000-foot-high walls. Within this natural haven reside rare and endangered black rhinoceros, black-backed jackals, hippos, regal secretary birds, graceful ostriches, formidable buffaloes, wildebeests, ibis’ stocks, starlings, majestic lions, gentle elephants, kori bustards, elegant crane birds, cunning hyenas, fleet-footed gazelles, playful baboons, sturdy warthogs, stately elands, leopards, vultures, sand grouse, and a myriad of other captivating creatures. After an exhilarating day of game drives and a delightful lunch, you'll ascend the crater walls and drive to Karatu for dinner, and overnight at the lodge or camp. DAY 08: CULTURAL TOUR WITH THE HADZABE TRIBE IN LAKE EYASI
In the morning, and after breakfast, head, and set out on an enthralling cultural odyssey to Lake Eyasi. Here, an immersive encounter awaits with the Hadzabe people, an indigenous group inhabiting the central rift valley of Lake Eyasi. Among the last vestiges of Tanzanian tribes leading a primitive, unadulterated lifestyle, the Hadzabe's unique existence shares striking parallels with the Kalahari Bushmen. Their survival hinges upon traditional hunting and foraging for wild fruits, forming the essence of their daily routine. Delve into their rich history, time-honored customs, and sacred traditions, both theoretically and through hands-on experience, as the welcoming Hadzabe generously share their cultural treasures. DAY 09: HALF DAY GAME DRIVES IN LAKE MANYARA, LATER TRANSFER TO THE AIRPORT
Start your day with a delightful breakfast at 7:30 am before departing from the lodge or camp, equipped with delicious packed lunches. Your journey leads to Lake Manyara National Park, famous for its tree-climbing lions, for a half day of thrilling game drives and wildlife encounters. Nestled at the base of the African Great Rift Valley, the park features thin green forests and a Soda Lake, offering a stunning backdrop for your adventure. Expect to spot wildebeests, giraffes, baboons, elephants, buffaloes, impalas, zebras, and numerous bird species. An elevated wooden trail allows you to observe hippos in their natural habitat. Later, you will exit the park, and drive to Arusha or Kilimanjaro airport for your flight departure back home. Lunch Included.
